Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

DBBM is designed as a private study companion for material you legitimately own or are licensed to use. This policy sets the boundaries that keep the platform safe and useful for everyone.

1. Content you upload

You may only upload content that you:

  • Legally own, purchased or are otherwise licensed to use.
  • Are permitted to process by AI for personal study or research.

You may not upload material that infringes copyright, trade secrets or any third-party rights.

2. Prohibited content

Regardless of source, the following are not allowed:

  • Illegal content or content that promotes violence, terrorism or exploitation.
  • Content depicting or facilitating the abuse of minors.
  • Personal data of third parties uploaded without their consent.
  • Malware, malicious code or content designed to compromise the platform.

3. Fair use of the AI features

The AI assistant, semantic search and knowledge mapping are provided for personal and professional study. You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute AI outputs as your own commercial product.
  • Use the service to build a competing AI training dataset.
  • Automate large-scale extraction of content or credits beyond normal use.

4. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or interfere with other users. Responsible disclosure is welcome at [email protected].

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
